1. Scope
This licence covers the original Stuff on Screen widget and utility code in
this versioned package. It does not cover the Content Effort service, your
content, or third-party code listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Those third-party
components retain their own licences and may be used under those licences.
This is a source-available licence with a visible-credit condition, not an
OSI-approved open-source licence.

2. Permission
You may use, copy, modify, self-host and redistribute the covered code for
personal and commercial projects, including client websites, without a fee,
provided you meet the attribution conditions below. No account is required.

3. Attribution
For a public website component using covered code, keep a readable, visible
credit within or immediately beside that component, with the words
"Stuff on Screen" linked to https://tools.stuffonscreen.com/ or the relevant
tool page. The default credit meets this condition. Do not conceal the credit,
place it offscreen, reduce its contrast so it cannot be read, or place another
element over it. You may restyle or move it beside the component.

You may use rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored" on the credit link. No ranking
credit, particular search-engine treatment, keyword-rich anchor text, or
site-wide footer link is required. The supplied credit uses rel="nofollow".

For non-visual use of the utility code, retain this notice and a Stuff on Screen
credit and URL in the project's documentation or credits. For distributed
copies and modified versions, retain this licence and third-party notices,
and describe material modifications. Private development previews need not
show a visible credit until published.

4. Outputs and your content
There is no attribution requirement on exported QR images, event calendar
files, calendar links, colour measurements or your own configuration data.
You retain rights to the content you supply. This licence does not give us
rights to your images, event details or business information.

5. Separate arrangements
An unbranded version or other terms require a separate written agreement with
Stuff on Screen. An enquiry does not create a purchase or agreement.

6. Hosting and privacy
Hosted script delivery is provided without a service-level commitment and may
be interrupted. Self-hosted copies are permitted under the same licence.
Widgets do not include analytics, tracking cookies, remote configuration,
paid model calls or a requirement to contact our servers after the script loads.
Normal hosting access logs may record network metadata. External image and
calendar services receive requests when you use those features.

7. No endorsement or warranty
This licence does not grant rights to imply endorsement or use our trademarks
beyond factual attribution. The software is provided "as is", without warranty
of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law,
Stuff on Screen is not liable for claims or damages arising from its use.
Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Version
This licence applies to the code supplied with it. Later published terms do
not retroactively replace this licence for a copy already received.
